WOSA Regional Officiating Requirements
Each swim club competing at WOSA Regionals must fulfill officiating requirements for the meets. If you have a swimmer competing at WOSA Regionals you are now required to officiate a minimum of one session for each Championship WOSA Meet.

SWA Kinsmen Sprint Meet
South Western Aquatics hosted its first home swim meet of the season on Saturday Oct 27 and Sunday Oct 28 at the Tillsonburg Community Centre Pool. SWA had a very successful meet hosting teams from Southwestern Ontario coming from as close as Aylmer and as far away as Windsor. SWA would like to thank The Kinsmen Club of Tillsonburg for being Meet Sponsors. Pictured is Kinsmen Dave Klosler with various SWA swimmers competing at the meet on the weekend.

REGISTERING ONLINE FOR RETURNING SWIMMERS

Returning members for the 2012-2013season will only need to renew their membership once registration has been opened. All of the information entered last year including passwords will automatically transfer over to the new season.

REGISTERING ONLINE FOR NEW SWIMMERS

ONLINE SWA REGISTRATION
Registering with SWA is a simple process that requires you to select the "Online Registration" tab and enter the prompted information. You can download a simple instruction sheet which may answer any questions you have along the way... click here . Please note, a unique user name and password will be required for each parent and swimmer entered into our system.

SWA ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
After you have completed all of the required registration tabs, your account will be listed as "pending" in our system. The SWA Registrar will then activate your account. Once activated you will be sent an e-mail indicating you are now able to login into the member section and view your family's secure member account and make payments.

SWIM NATATION CANADA (SNC) ON-LINE REGISTRATION
Please remember that it is a requirement by Swim Canada that each swim season, families re-register swimmer(s)on the Swim Canada SNC Registration Website.  The information you entered last season is still in your account, and so, all that will be required is to update to the 2012-2013swim season. SNC registration is open after September 1st, 2012. Please ensure your swimmer(s) are registered with SNC no later than September 28, 2012.

If you are a new swimmer to our club and do not have an SNC account (i.e. never been registered with another competitive swim club) the registrar will set-up a Swim Canada family account for you. You will be notified via e-mail by Swim Canada when this account has been activated, and all login information and direct access to this account will be provided.

New swimmers who have been previously registered with another club, please e-mail the registrar so that a transfer request can be initiated.

PIPEDA FORMS FOR NEW SWIMMERS
It is a requirement by Swim Ontario that all new families registered with a club sign a Personal Information Protection & Electronic Document Act (PIPEDA) form. Please print off and complete the form below.  Please give your completed form to your swimmer's coach.
